Anxiety and stress are not exactly the same, but are nevertheless related. Pressure, stress and stressful situations over a longer period of time can trigger anxiety. We all have a deep-seated anxiety that is difficult to put into words.

There can be many reasons for anxiety, but it is a problem when anxiety inhibits your quality of life, when you are too much in your "head" and are not in touch with your body. 
The body contains our emotions and it often remembers our history better than we remember it with our intellectual minds.

Active talk therapy helps you examine your bodily reactions and your states of mind by working with the breath and breathing exercises.
